Football & Stadium Management (FSM) is a print magazine and digital resource that helps people involved in managing sports stadiums and entertainment venues in the UK. After a rebrand to FSM they needed to transfer their existing site from Joomla to WordPress.
Creating the new site involved developing the following elements to achieve a sleek, modern, and practical design:
- New hero video area to show visitors what they do quickly
- Ensure the advertising banners could be added anywhere on the site and grouped into a carousel when needed
- Migrate Joomla to WordPress – The site content and images were migrated from Joomla to WordPress
- Using Elementor Pro and Advanced Custom Fields Pro, a custom WordPress theme was created using the branding documents
- New custom post types were created for features, news and events – Each custom posts type had a custom theme built to display the content as required
