How my design service works
My web design service use a four-step web development process to ensure a smooth transition to your new website.
1. Discover
I’ll send a new business starter document where you can outline your website needs along with practical things like branding, colours and logos. I work with you to review this and determine the details of your new website and a project board will be built, so we can communicate throughout.
2. Design
The real fun begins once I’ve reviewed your responses to the new starter document and have a good understanding of the colours, style, and images you need. I’ll create a series of designs to ensure that I meet all of your requirements, followed by mock-up pages to showcase the final designs.
3. Develop
Once the design has been approved, my process begins by building a live version of the website from the wireframes, complete with mobile-friendly (responsive) design. Custom components will also be integrated, and the website will undergo browser and user testing to ensure that everything is running smoothly.
4. Deploy
To ensure that everything is in order before the official launch, I will send you a development link to preview the website and provide online training so that you can familiarise yourself with everything. Once everything is set, it’s time to make your website live and broadcast the launch across social media platforms.
