The Old Edinburgh Club (OEC) needed a freelance web designer who could build them a new club website design, as their old WordPress based website was in need of an update.
A new club website was developed by Redcitrus Design to appeal to a broader group of visitors, promote the events and lectures carried out by the club’s members throughout the year, encourage more video and photo contributions from members, and highlight the OEC’s role as Edinburgh’s local history society.
Additionally, the client wanted to make it easier to sign up for a membership and integrate with the Google CSE search tool to replace the WordPress search.
