After rebranding, Frame.org.uk were looking for charity web design and approached Redcitrus Design to find a freelance web designer who could redesign their existing WordPress website.
The website redesign project involved creating new functionality with Advanced Custom Fields and developing new theme templates to display these on the front end, while also updating the existing elements to align with the new branding.
What we did
The navigation was updated to make it clear and easy to use. The funding, donate buttons, and search features were redesigned to be prominent on all pages and included in the mobile menu.
I built the site to ensure responsiveness, allowing it to look and function well on all screen sizes. I added new functionality that automatically switches from a static grid layout to a carousel when there are more than four items.
Additionally, I moved the existing content to a staging server, created and set up redirects for relocated content, and established redirects from the old domain to the new one.
